Our own recipe chocolate brioche tangzhong dough, made with Callebaut cocoa powder. Made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Heart shaped doughnut, hand filled with our tangy raspberry & Prosecco jam. Each one is individually glazed with our Belgian dark chocolate glaze using Callebaut chocolate and decorated with our handmade Ruby chocolate hearts and stripes. A perfect match for Valentine’s day.

Our doughnuts are only available for delivery within Swindon or for collection from our bakery. Order before 12pm for next day delivery.
